The Lord Mayor of Galway, Niall O Brolchain, has agreed to our request to be Santa Claus at the Christmas Party in the Eglinton Hotel on Saturday December 16th. Though he is a 'green' (environmental) politician, nevertheless the Mayor will go 'red' for the day as he will be dressed in the traditional Santa costume!The residents are planning a really spectacular party with Christmas carol singing, presents for the children, different cultural displays, face-painting, food table, DJ, dancing, Santa grotto, Christmas Tree, Christmas decorations... It promises to be a fun time for all age groups.
The party will start at 2.30pm and finish at 5.30pm
