Residents of the Eglinton are invited to attend a Public Meeting on the new Immigration Bill that will take place on Thursday February 7.15pm in the Harbour Hotel, New Docks Road, Galway City.Aki Stavrou from Integrating Ireland will give a brief overview of the new Immigration Bill and its’ significance.
His talk will be followed by a Question & Answer session.
Refreshments will be provided for attendees.
It is envisaged the bill will come into law in the summer. The major changes in the bill appear to relate to marriage and deportation.
